Establishment currently does not have test strips or a designated ware washing sink. Establishment does have a sink located in the office but it has a leak. Obtain test strips and repair sink so that items can be washed and rinsed and obtain a bucket for sanitizing purposes. All food contact surfaces should be sanitized daily using a chlorine solution and test strips. Obtain prior to reinspection on Friday 9/26/25.
