Observed strawberry and pineapple topping, and cookie dough bites with an internal temperature of 54*f in refrigerated unit. Product was observed bubbling when probed, using thermometer. It was determined the refrigerator switch had been turned off by accident and left off overnight. Euipment was turned on at time of inspection.
