Employee cleaning cutting board after cutting raw chicken using sanitizer and paper towel. As per employee they are sanitizing before changing over to cut beef. Reviewed proper wash, rinse and sanitize process with person in charge and employee. Both sides of board and table need to be cleaned at a minimum of every 4 hours after use and in-between cutting chicken and beef. Boards cleaned at inspection.
