Educated PIC that the physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed a broken horchata dispenser actively leaking water onto counter tops, floors, and spilling behind counter. Upon inspection, water was pooling through the wall the machine is adjacent too. Water is pooling in back storage area and leaking along several points on the wall. Per PIC the water leaking began yesterday and they have submitted a workorder to have the machine repaired. PIC has placed a cup under the leak to collect dripping water and is mopping up pooled water as it accumulates. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair and clean all accumulated water prior to re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection on 2/4/25.
