Observed chemical dish machine in use and not dispensing chlorine sanitizer. PIC was unable to make adjustments at time of inspection. A work order was placed. Disc machine must dispense sanitizer measuring between 50-100ppm. Machine will not be used to sanitize dishes until in good repair.
