Observed two containers of shredded lettuce ranging from 44*F to 48*F in the bottom reach-in unit under the make-line. Ambient temperature of the unit was 53.6*F using min/max thermometer. Per the person in charge the two containers came from the walk-in less than two hours ago. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed mop sink faucet in the mop closet in the lobby equipped with an AVB with a water supply line directly feeding a chemical dispenser: Discussed with the person in charge (PIC) that AVBs are not designed to withstand constant pressure and may fail to prevent backflow in as little as 12 hours. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
