Observed raw chicken stored above raw beef and both of these were above cooked beef. Employee rearranged items at the time of inspection so raw chicken was on the bottom, and ready to eat foods at the top. Foods shall be stored according to their final cooking temperature. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
