At start of inspection, handwashing sink was blocked by three chemical spray bottles and a roll of plastic bags. A cloth towel was in the basin. Maintain the sink clear and available for immediate use. Inspector relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
In hot grab and go case, observed hash brown patties/108-118, and chicken nuggets and wings/115F Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. All TCS foods improperly hot held were within safe time holding parameters and were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. PIC adjusted the thermostat on the unit and will monitor for proper hot food temperatures. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
