Establishment currently has a pending remodel permit RM-11395. Please correct the items noted on the previous inspection prior to the final construction inspection: 1. Drainpipes cannot be shared with other sinks. 2. All drainpipes must be at least 6 inches off the floor. Wastewater must be indirectly discharge into a floor sink or hub drain with minimum 1” air gap from the finished floor/ flood rim. 3. Provide FRP backsplash behind food prep sink, 3-comp sink, and mop sink. Backsplash must be at least 24 inches above the mop sink’s faucet, and up to the level of splash on prep sink and 3-comp sink. 4. Repair damaged wall behind the mop sink first prior to applying the FRP board. Do not use NRP material on the walls. 5. Ensure all equipment inside the kitchen must be commercial equipment. Household / professional equipment are not acceptable. 6. Provide additional lighting in the kitchen. Light intensity must be 50-foot candle in food prep/ cooking area. 20-foot candle in ware wash and dry storage area. 7.
