In the cold holding unit under the grill closest to the dish area, Observed three packages of wagyu steak at 50*F and a pan of cooked edamame at 56*F. Per employees, the foods had been in the unit overnight. Inspector's min/max showed that the unit was holding at 47*F after 10 minutes of no use. Foods were embargoed.
