Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) importance of air curtains on the outer openings to prevent rodents and pests from entering the facility. Also discussed remodel permits may be required when alterations include but are not limited to changing of plumbing and pipes, ware washing machine is installed, and walk-in refrigerator/freezer are installed.
