Observed missing/separated caulking and orange pink and brown organic matter on existing caulking at the syrup table, three compartment sink and hand wash sink. Discussed with PIC all fixed equipment shall be spaced out for proper cleaning or shall be sealed with caulking to create a smooth and cleanable surface to prevent accumulation of contaminates. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 4-401.11 - Core: Equipment, Clothes Washers and Dryers, and Storage Cabinets, Contamination Prevention-Location Addl Notes: Observed in the restroom several items stored on the ground directly next to the toilet. The items are chai tea, lotus syrup, open box of drink carriers, bagged and open clean cloth towels. Discussed with PIC clean clothes and/or linen shall be stored in protected areas free from contamination. Also discussed Food storage shall be protected from contamination in clean, dry location 6 inches above floor. PIC removed the items from the restroom and relocated throughout the facility. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Establishment cannot use units until the repairs get units to maintain a temperature of 41*F or below.
