Observed floor drain under 3-compartment sink with standing gray water at time of inspection. Observed gray water draining very slowly through the floor drain at time of inspection. Observed 3-compartment sink drainage pipe in disrepair, and patched with a pool noodle which is going directly into the floor drain of the floor drain. Replace pool noodle with a pvc and allow for a 1" air gap between the flood rim of the floor drain and the drain pipe prior to re-inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 4/3/2025.
