Observed a leaking pipe underneath the 3-compartment sink. Water is being caught by a pizza dough container. Observed soda fountain leaking water causing water to accumulate across the floor. Soda machine had signage posted stating that establishment will no longer be serving fountain drinks. Please repair or remove soda fountain and fix the leak on the 3 compartment sink. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
