There were no paper towels or approved hand drying provision at the hand sink in the meat market at time of inspection. An employee re-stocked the paper towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed 3 spray bottles with cleaner in it around the 3-compartment sink and the meat market counter with no label. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all cleaners need a label to reduce risk of chemical contamination. PIC used marker to write the name on the spray bottles at time of inspection. Discussed that chlorine sanitizer concentration should be maintained between 50-100ppm and verified with a chemical test strip. The manager emptied the solution and refilled the compartment with a solution measuring 50ppm. Discussed re-sanitizing any dishes that had recently been washed.
