7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Predefined Comment: All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11 - Priority: Separation-Storage Addl Notes: Two bottles of sanitizer and dish soap stored next to bottles of wine next to the dump sink in the bar. Items were removed and stored in a designated area for chemicals.

The spray nozzle is attached to the hose attached to the faucet under the atmospheric vacuum breaker in mop sink. The hose and spray nozzle were detached by the manager. Corrected at the time of inspection.
