Observed the drain lines from the ice machine in front of walk in coolers creating an air break where an air gap is required. Person in Charge (PIC) stated they will contact manager and fix as soon as able. Advised PIC that all plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
