Observed no self-closing window or air curtain at drive thru window, facility does have air curtain at front door, but props door open all day and tiles missing on baseboard with hole exposing inside wall near bag of ice refrigerator. Discussed with PIC that outer opening required to be protected to prevent pests from entering facility.
