Inspector's notes

Observed lids of flour/sugar bins with buildup of food debris, food debris buildup on prep-table reach-in refrigerator doors and walk-in refrigerator doors. Discussed with PIC that required that non-food contact surfaces to be cleaned more frequently to prevent accumulation of organic matter, dirt, dust and food debris.
