Department employee partially emptied sink and diluted sanitizer with water until it measured at 400ppm. Person in charge will contact chemical company to adjust dispenser. Sanitizer will be manually diluted to a concentration of 150-400ppm until dispenser fixed. Reviewed with person in charge and employees procedures for verifying chemical levels at 3-compartment sink.
