Observed no paper towels at the outside hand sink while it was being used to roast chiles. Manager discontinued use of outdoor cooking operation. Ensure there is paper towels at each hand sink at all times of operation. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Observed employee at cooking station is adding cooked/roasted chilies to trash bags that have pesticides in them. Talked to staff about food grade containers for ready to eat foods. Ensure that facility is using 1.0 mil or thicker bags, or other authorized food grade containers for finished foods. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
