Observed 50 ppm quat sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink while in use. Talked to staff and they use pills for the sanitizer water. Manager said they use 5 pills. An additional 10 pills were added and now at 200 ppm quat. Ensure there is enough sanitizer added to the 3 compartment sink to get 200-400 ppm quat at the 3 compartment sink for sanitizing dishes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Manager left and picked up small containers to dispense bulk soap available at each hand sink. Ensure there is soap available at each hand sink independently at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
