Inspector's notes
Observed hot dogs in buns and wrapped in foil, sitting inside of a hot holding unit that was not on, leftover from a previous game in the main football field concession stand. To prevent possible reuse of left over temperature control for safety foods, the food should be discarded immediately after service, instead of being left to sit out at room temperature. The food was voluntarily discarded by the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
