Observed two open package of hot dogs in walk in fridge with no date mark on them. person in charge states they have been opened a couple days ago. Had person in charge put date mark on the day they were opened. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal.
