Inspector's notes
Observed two open package of hot dogs in walk in fridge with no date mark on them. person in charge states they have been opened a couple days ago. Had person in charge put date mark on the day they were opened. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Leak did not effect condition of any open or packaged foods. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal.
