Inspector's notes
Observed cobwebs hanging above utensils and crockery in storage room. Discussed with person in charge the importance of keeping that area above clear to prevent any debris from falling onto clean dishes. PIC stated they would have an employee clear it up today. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
