Observed walk in freezer to be leaking water/ ice from condenser unit causing a build up on the floor and observed mop sink walls to be water damaged and in need of repair. PIC stated a repair order for the walk in freezer has been submitted and they will remove the build up once complete; a work order will be submitted to repair the mop sink walls.
