Inspector's notes
Observed no paper towels in front hand washing and handwashing sink next to prep sink area in back of establishment. PIC, supplied sink with paper towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. 5-205.11 - Priority Foundation: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Addl Notes: Observed handwashing sink next to pizza station with a red tag dated from 11/2024 stating faucet was clogged and not to be used. It was determined, valve was turned off and PIC was able to adjust valve for a working sink. Please keep all hand washing sinks stocked with soap and paper towels and ensure they are functional so proper hand washing can occur. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability.
