Observed several pans in facility with encrusted black food debris build up and grease. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) the Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

>>>Observed at all hand washing sink in the bakery at a high temperature exceeding 140*F with no cold water under pressure. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) to have the cold water under pressure provided to all water fixtures. Proper handwashing shall be with a minimum of 100*F Per PIC a work order in at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Reinspection scheduled on 8/30/24

>>>Observed in the bakery near the dishwasher a small white pipe from the ceiling in the corner dripping condensation from the produce cooler into a larger pipe attached to the wall with an airgap. The pipe on the wall was turned in a way the condensation liquid could go into the floor drain or drip onto the ground. Discussed with PIC to have the wall drain pipe adjusted so the liquid goes into the floor drain only. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
