Inspector's notes

Noted the faucets at 3-compartment sink and food prep sink are leaking at the connections. Please repair/ replace prior to re-inspection in 30 days. The hand sink in the cooking area is in disrepair. Please repair / replace within 30 days. Noted the un-used water connections are not capped. Please cap off any unuse water connection. Organize items on the floor inside the restroom. Provide shelving as needed to have items neatly store away. Remove any unuse or broken of the premises. Noted personal foods are comingling with foods to be served to customer. Maintain personal food in a separate area and label the area as personal foods. Noted staff is drinking from a bottle with cap. Recommend using a cup with lid and straw to prevent contamination from the hand touching where the mouth use to be.
