Observed pile of ice in the back handwash sink at start of inspection. Handwash sink must be used for handwashing ONLY. Ice and drinks can be disposed of in a designated dump sink or dump bucket. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed exposed gaps between wall and mop sink basin on the back and right hand sides of the sink. Backroom handsink is separating from the wall and has a gap behind the faucet. All floors, walls, and ceilings shall be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Fill gap at mop sink and hand sink prior to next routine inspection.
