Establishment only wash rinse and sanitizes soda nozzles and pickle tongs. First basin of three compartment sink is utilized as handwashing sink and the other two are used for wash/rinse and sanitizing. Ensure first basin is labeled as handwashing only and stocked with soap and paper towels at all times.
