Observed unsealed exposed wood frame around the cooler fan box. Predefined Comment: All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Observed no light in the walk in freezer and adjoining walk in cooler. Observed low light due to missing light bulbs in walk in cooler by restrooms. Insufficient lighting in an area. The light intensity shall be at least 108 lux (10 foot candles) at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry food storage areas.
