Observed organic matter on the deflector plate inside the ice machine bin. Observed a build up of organic matter and rust on metal screws and washers of the deflector plate. Observed ice cubes in the ice bin with black organic matter. The person in charge burned all the ice in the bin and discontinued use of the ice machine until parts are replaced and bin has been cleaned and sanitized.

Observed a househould dishwasher that did not automatically dispense sanitizer installed for use behind the bar. The dishwasher contained pitchers, glasses, and bar utensils inside that had been previously washed the day before. Discussed with the person in charge mechanical diswasher must be commercial NSF/ANSI and automatically dispense detergent and sanitizer. The person in charge stated the dishwaser would no longer be used and removed from the establishment. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
