Inspector's notes

Observed chopped lettuce used for a catering event for the same day stored in walk in fridge in trash bags for for transportation surfaces. Use of non-food grade bags (including to-go bags and trash bags) is not approved for storage of open food items to prevent migration of deleterious substances. Had person in charge remove lettuce from the bags and put into food safe bag. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
