Per the manager, Coca-Cola needs to come out to clean/replace the surfaces. Coca-Cola has been notified and will be coming out to fix the machine. Discussed with the manager the importance of cleaning the machine to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. The manager turned off the machine and said it will be fixed by the next routine inspection. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Recommend: deep cleaning around three compartment sink. Degrease hot holding areas; Restroom checks. Replace missing top to shake machine. Of note: establishment has work order for leakage inside the main walk in unit and freezer drain line. Restroom stall urinal/walls. Noticed all inside clean trays was black, yellow, grey organic matter inside all listed. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC will have employee re-wash and sanitize all tcs food contact trays listed. ====== Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
