observed in the front service food reach-in cooler. pans of sliced tomatoes at 49-52 deg f . noted food pan overfilled. showed staff on duty. staff removed excess tomatoes fresh tomatoes from the walk-in cooler at 36 deg f provided. also pans of cooked sliced chicken, dated 8-22, noted at 51-53 deg f. showed staff in charge. discarded. please ensure available onsite tcs food is kept at 41 deg f . see embargo Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
