Observed employee drop a bag of sliced apples on the floor, employee picked up the bag and tossed it on the line into the container of peaches. Manager removed the bag and the peaches and threw them away. Ensure that contaminated food in thrown away before being put out on the line. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
