Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Addl Notes: Observed 3 fridges that are missing handles to properly open the fridge doors. Observed 0 ppm bleach at the main dishwasher after 2 cycles. FOund that the bleach container was empty. Staff changed out the bucket, and now reading correctly at 50 ppm bleach. Ensure that all dishes that go through the sanitizer are at 50-100 ppm bleach. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
