Observed organic matter inside of the soda fountain nozzles at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside of the nozzles. The person in charge cleaned the nozzles at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed a bag of chili at the nacho cheese and chili dispenser that was dispensing from the machine with an internal temperature as measured using a probe thermometer of around 117°F. According to the person in charge, the chili had been in the unit for more than 2 hours and was embargoed at time of inspection (see embargo form). It was observed that the temperature reading on the unit itself was displaying a temperature of 105°F. Discussed with person in charge to get the unit fixed prior to placing chili and cheese back into the dispenser. The person in charge will have the unit fixed. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
