Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

The chef was unable to determine what chemical was in the bottle and dumped the chemical in the mop sink at time of inspection. Observed unlabeled chemical spray bottle containing a clear liquid in the bar at time of inspection. Per PIC, chemical bottle contained window cleaner. PIC labeled chemical bottle at time of inspection. Reviewed with PIC and chef about requirement to label all chemical bottles with their common name at time of inspection. Corrective action: Corrected at time of inspection.
