Observed buildup of ice on top of ice cream freezer in retail section. Observed multiple doors to freezer not tightly closing. Person-in-charge states a work order has been submitted to replace doors. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. Repeat violation: 2nd Consecutive.

Observed buildup of ice on top of ice cream freezer in retail. Also observed metal cart with bottom shelf sagging in dairy walk-in refrigerator so that food is no longer 6 inches off the ground. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
