Received e-mail correspondence from dining services director with school district confirming that Youngker HS wishes to apply for an additional permit to use carts for holding/serving of school meals. Please ensure that an application is submitted within 10 calendar days (October 23, 2023) or the legal action process with the County will begin for operating these carts without this permit.County legal action may result from this advisory.

Report e-mailed.Observed time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods including cooked chicken wings being stored for short-term service (less than one hour, per person in charge) in red portable unit set up outside the primary cafeteria building near 300 classroom building. Items were covered with plastic wrap at time of inspection. Portable unit is not equipped with hand washing sink. All items are prepared in main cafeteria kitchen.
