-- In reach-in freezer, observed chicken nuggets, French fries, shrimp, churros, hominy, and rolled tacos softened with internal temperatures ranging between 18°F-34°F using probing thermometer. The ambient temperature of reach-in freezer measured at 31.8°F using min/max thermometer. The PIC stated they have placed a work order for repairs and will move items to alternative deep freezer at the time of inspection. Stored frozen foods shall be maintained frozen unless in the process of slacking or thawing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
