Observed yellow-black organic material on outside of the Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola soda nozzles. Person in charge relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Reviewed cleaning frequency and protocol with PIC. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed low grout lines around slushie machine. Discussed with person in charge repairing floor to ensure a smooth easily cleanable surface. Also discussed with PIC, maintenance coming in the future for slushie and drink area and adding grout to the list. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection.
