Observed at the corner beneath the 3-component sink sanitizing side, next to a cold-holding unit, black organic matter on the wall and corner, and standing water on the floor. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. PIC put in a work order to have the area inspected for source of water and wall cleaned. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
