Observed employee tying their shoe, then proceeding to putting on gloves for food prep tasks. Observed employee drying hands on apron, and touching hair/hat, then proceeding to walkin to grab ready to eat containers of chicken for the line. Talked to manager about hand washing and had employees immediately wash their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed employee getting water in a large pan from the back hand sink to add to the hot holding machine. Talked to staff about refilling policy.
