Observed employee drop a receipt paper on the ground, and put it back on the bonded wrapping paper for a burger. Another employee came by and touched the paper (that had been on the ground) with their gloves, and assembling ready to eat burger ingredients. Talked to manager, and had staff all wash their hands. Ensure that hands are washed when switching from clean to dirty tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
