A spray bottle of beach in the kitchen measured above 200ppm via test strips. The PIC did not have test strips to verify the chlorine concentrations. The PIC stated this bleach spray bottle is used for food contact surfaces in kitchen. The PIC diluted the bottle to proper concentration of 50-100ppm at the time of inspection.

A small test strip was given to PIC to check for sanitizer solutions, while they obtain their own test strips.
