Core-3-307.11, C: Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination. Observed two large plastic containers of cooked noodles in three compartment sink. Observed no visible evidence of contamination from chemical dispenser or soiled items in sink, had person in charge move items to food prep sink and prep table. Discussed allowable use of dedicated sinks and food protection. Observed heavy accumulation of liquid in cooler on line. Temperature of unit holding proper cold holding temperature at time of inspection, please clean and maintain. Discussed ongoing temperature monitoring and food protection.
