Inspector's notes

Observed at the back door alley to have several broken down and stacked cardboard boxed. Also observed were several flies around the boxes and some grease buildup at the back door concrete sidewalk. Per PIC the large garbage dumpster had been taken away without their knowledge and facility was unable to properly dispose of the garbage for a few days. Day of inspection a new dumpster was delivered but was immediately full and the broken boxes did not fit. PIC was able to show proof of a work order placed prior to inspection, requesting for additional pick up as soon as possible. Also discussed to reach out to pest control and to take care of the grease build up to prevent the attraction of more pests. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
